REVIEW

THE NANNY is a fascinating and gripping thriller filled with unbearable tension. Who is telling the truth? Who do you believe? These are just a few questions that are pervasive throughout the story that will have you enthralled. GILLY MACMILLAN’s writing is captivating. She had created masterful characters, some that you will love and some you will love to hate. Sweet little Ruby and her relationship with her elderly Granny will capture your heart. Their Lake Hall ancestral home is a picture perfect setting for the story, complete with gargoyles, well-worn furnishings, dark paneled walls filled with dead-eye portraits, and a remote third floor attic.

Gilly Macmillan lives in Bristol England. She is the best selling author of What She Knew, The Perfect Girl, and I Know You Know. Thanks to LibraryThing for an advance reading copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
